For 23 years Center Players had presented award-winning theater in our cozy 49 seat theater in downtown Freehold. Unfortunately the latest owner of our building has other uses for our space and now, we are officially a theater without a home.
We continue to produce theater in other venues as we continue the search for a viable new home. Even after the last few years of searching, we have not found a site that is right for our needs that would keep us in downtown Freehold. Recently we have begun to look at possible new locations outside of the Borough.
