SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Thank you for considering a sponsorship to Center Players. As an all volunteer-run theater organization, the task of raising the funds necessary to keep our doors open is also handled by volunteers - not paid staff. What many people don’t realize is that ticket sales alone do not cover the costs associated with a performance. This is true in theaters of all sizes - thus sponsorships make it possible to pay the rent, utilities, insurance, etc. Essentially, keeping the doors open for more theater.
We believe that the four levels we have developed give our sponsors the satisfaction of giving to a quality theatre group while simultaneously receiving sponsor perks that allow you the privilege enjoying some of what you have helped to fund. In essence, a true “win-win” for everyone.
$2,500 Show Sponsor:
This is exclusive to the first two sponsors who sign up for a particular play
- Sponsors receive exclusive seating for the premier Friday performance of your sponsored show.
- Full promotional acknowledgement for the show in press, web and print medias
- Sponsorship on the cover of the playbill for the show run
- Full page ad in playbill for the season with priority front placement during the show run
$1,000 Director Sponsor Will receive:
- 2 tickets to each of our season’s major performances
- Full page ad for the season in our playbill
- Name recognition in the program’s sponsor listings
$500 “Boss” Sponsor Will receive:
- 2 tickets to each of our season’s shows’ “Sneak Peak” Performances to be held on the Thursday before the show’s premier
- Half page ad for the season in our playbill
- Name recognition in the program’s sponsor listings
$250 Producer Sponsor Will receive:
- 2 tickets to one show
- Name recognition in the program’s sponsor listings
